Even as more people are joining the bandwagon when it comes to

supplements without checking with your health care provider. People
with familial adenomatous polyposis have a high risk for colon
cancer, and there is some concern that omega-3 fatty acids may make
this risk even higher. Some health care providers recommend that
people with this condition avoid omega-3 supplements.
Omega 3 fish oil has definitely more advantages than restrictions
especially as a weight loss choice. It promotes an enhanced state
of well-being, an over-all improvement in one’s general
health and to top it all, it acts as a check and balance agent in
promoting weight loss especially among dieters and fitness
conscious people. Aside from these, it has been scientifically
proven that omega 3 fish oil is
highly essential in ensuring weight loss the healthy way.
