In the Indian context, the use of prefabrication building techniques in construction has many advantages. Recently, the use of prefabricated construction has increased in many housing projects. Advantages of prefabrication of building materials are multiple, as the components are ready and self-sustaining. In this technology, the formwork and scaffolding is removed, resulting in cost savings of form work.
