Persistence Leaders are naturally persistent and passionate with their work. However, it may not always be easy to achieve a goal and problems may come along the way. Therefore, it is up to the leader to always stay focused and to make troubleshoots in order to finish the group’s task. Aside from that, a leader should know how to find ways to solve problems.

Charismatic Politicians and religious leaders have something in common- they are both charismatic. This virtue is what draws their members to work for them- it may be the way they talk, or the way they speak.
