“In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth,” begins the Bible in Genesis chapter 1 verse 1.Why did God create?Out of love, love for life, love for man and animals.

Why do couples produce children?Again it is out of love, love for the children and love for each other.

Why do writers write?It is also love.Love of writing, love of creating.

Why do entrepreneurs work long hours to kick start his business?It is out of love, love for his work, love of creating a business and make it grow.

Love is so powerful that it moves us to use our whole heart, our whole soul, our whole mind and our whole body to create.

Love Destroys

The record of Genesis chapter 6 verses 5 to 7 said “And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.And it repented the Lord that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.And the Lord said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air, for it repenteth me that I have made them.”

Love of righteousness caused God to destroy the world by flood.

Why do honor killing exist?It is love, the love for the namesake of the family.Love moves the murderer to destroy.

Why do many people destroy their lives by taking drugs?It is love, the love for the thrill and the “high” that drugs bring outweigh the love for their friends and families.

Love bring joys

To love and be loved is the most wonderful feeling in the world.To love your family members, friends, pets and be loved in turn by them bring joy and tears.

Your dog loves to see you reach home safely and greets you with 5 minutes demonstration of love.This act of love brings joy to you.

Your spouse loves you and cooks the dishes that you love to eat.This act of love brings joy to you.

Life is joyful when there is love, because love brings joy.

Love brings hurt

Love can hurt and it hurts deeply.The deeper we love, the more we hurt.

As writers, we love our writing, any rejection from the publisher hurts.As entrepreneurs, we love our business, selling off our business hurt deeply.

The parents who lose their children to death hurt very deeply.It is a hurt that will never really heal.

Words spoken by our loved ones do hurt.The words hurt because we love and expect to be loved in return.

To Love and Be loved

Love sustains us, whether it is love for our loved ones, our work, ourselves, our possessions and so on, love keeps us alive and adds meaning to our lives.

Love is a most powerful emotion.We love with our whole heart, our whole mind, our whole soul and our whole body.

Love, however, is not freely given.Love demands and expects a return.Love of creation demands that we put in a lot of time and effort to create.We do expect a return, we expect to see our works done and appreciated.
