There are some basic functions of your document scanning
software should ideally support. Watch out for:
• Scanning documents: document scanning software programs
allow you to add documents to a single page, not only individually
but also with multiple documents on one page at a time using the
batch scanning. So if you have a scanner with an automatic document
feeder (ADF), you should not expect any single document feed. This
saves you time.
• Merge pages into a single document to: Another useful
feature is the ability to scan multiple pages and merge them into
one document. For example, a command file that contains one page
documents such as purchases order, invoice, check, etc. to create,
but you have a flatbed scanner instead of an automatic document
feeder and can scan all of these individually. But if your scanning
software has a merge function, you can merge these separate
documents to file a single purchase
• Automatic Document Separation: your document
scanning software to automatically separate the various
documents during scanning, so all you have to do is indicate the
number of pages each document contains the scanning software then
separated based on this information. For example, if you scan 15
pages with 5 pages each three documents, all you have to do is
indicate that each document three pages, so that the scanning
software can not be separated contains.
Document management version control refers to monitoring the
processing of documents and document flows from one person to
another to get their notes to amend the same, and then saving for
the transfer of the same level after processing. At each level a
new version of the document was created and the old should be
replaced by a new or prevented. It depends on the nature of the use
that can be made. This check ensures that the documents are shared
between people with the necessary permission.

a central location.

fractions of seconds on the documents in a GED -. Keywords and
phrases can easily be picked from a large number of virtual files
Metadata can be added to electronic documents or records to be
classified in several ways.
• Dissemination of documents controlled and efficient-The
distribution of documents in a GED is quick and easy. They can be
shared over a local network or the Internet within seconds,
eliminating the need for photocopies, postage, or even the
distribution of CD or DVD.
Indexing Document is the
process of association or marking of documents with various
"research" terms. Returning to the example, we have a bill, there
are several ways we can look to this bill:
• invoice number
• Name of supplier
• order Number
• Or maybe that was purchased
