When an offer has been accepted on a house, it is often assumed by sellers - first time ones in particular, that everything is done and dusted. It is possible to compile a list of items which, whilst not included in the immediate sale, could be open for negotiation. In many ways this is a more important list than the regular inventories – being likely to cover more expensive and high end items.
