Terms of Service on MintArticles

For Authors:

1. You declare that you are the owner of the articles you submit and that you hold the necessary rights to publish these articles on MintArticles.com
2. By submitting your articles on MintArticles.com you give us unconditional permission to publish your articles on our website and use them (fully or partially) in our RSS feeds or monthly newsletters.
3. We reserve the right to reject any article that we find to be harmful for the public or which contains incorrect information. We will also reject automatically generated articles.
4. You will also give us unconditional permission to let other publishers republish your articles. Publishers are asked to follow our TOS for Publishers, but we cannot guarantee you that they will respect it. If someone violates your copyright, it is your personal responsibility to enforce your rights. If you do not agree with our terms, do not submit your articles.
5. You should understand that we will not pay you directly for submitting your articles on MintArticles.com. If you own a Google Adsense account, you will have the opportunity to earn money with it by supplying your publisher id in your account details.
6. You will not submit articles containing affiliate links. Even if you do that, we will surely reject them.
7. MintArticles.com is ads supported. You agree to let us place our own ads on pages containing your articles. If you do not agree with this point, do not submit your articles.
8. To increase the chance of your article's approval please review our Editorial Guidelines
9. Because we really mind of our authors, you agree to take a 5 minute pause after each half an hour when using our website continuously.

For Publishers:

1. You agree to include articles from MintArticles.com in your website, only by using the contents "as is" from the "Publisher's Box" found on the article's page.
2. You must not alter any part of the article not written by you. If you disagree with something in the article, write a feedback comment to the author explaining the situation.
3. You must not alter any links from the article. In general, you must not alter the contents of the code you have taken from the "Publisher's Box".
4. You must not submit the articles from MintArticles.com on websites containing harmful material.
5. You may not sell the articles from MintArticles.com in any way without the permission of the article's author.
6. You must not include articles from MintArticles.com in spam emails or comments.
7. If you have some doubts concerning an action not specified in these TOS you should contact the author of the article explaining the situation.
